What are typical quenching resistor values for Hamamatsu MPPCs?
In the technical guide to MPPCs, Part 3, Hamamatsu lists the Rq values as follows:
10μmor15μmpixels:Rq = 1 MΩ25μmpixels:Rq = 300 kΩ150μmpixels:Rq = 150 kΩ
