Where are pkg-config .pc files stored on Linux?
By default, pkg-config files are stored in
/usr/lib/pkg-config/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pkgconfig
Example: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pkgconfiglibdeflate.pc
