JLCPCB: How thick is the conformal coating layer?
According to the JLCPCB support (asked on 2025-06-03), the conformal coating layer is approximately 50...200um thick by default.
You can choose a custom thickness according to the infobox on the JLCPCB website, for example:
201..300 umfor 34% more cost per cm²301..400 umfor 70% more cost per cm²
