Cómo solucionar el error de cargo build: The system library required by crate was not found.

Problema

Al compilar un proyecto de Rust con Cargo, puedes encontrar un error como este:

La solución está debajo del mensaje de error en la salida de cargo. Dependiendo de tu distribución de linux, necesitas instalar el paquete de desarrollo apropiado que proporciona el archivo libpcsclite.pc.
