FSoE CRC : quel polynôme utilise-t-il ?

Failsafe over EtherCAT (FSoE) utilise un polynôme CRC-16 pour la détection d’erreurs. Le polynôme spécifique utilisé dans FSoE est :

qui est appelé le polynôme Safety.
