Quando você tem uma instalação nova do RouterOS ou CHR (MikroTik Cloud Hosted Router), o acesso telnet está habilitado por padrão. Como você tipicamente quer acessar o roteador usando SSH, WinBox ou WebFig em vez de telnet, você pode - e deve - desabilitá-lo inteiramente.
Para desabilitar telnet, faça login no seu roteador usando SSH ou WinBox e execute o seguinte comando:
disable_telnet.rsc
/ip/service/disable telnet
