Решение

Вам нужно отредактировать ваш конфигурационный файл Hugo и добавить asciidoctor или любую другую программу, вызвавшую ошибку, в список разрешённых для выполнения программ.

Для конфигурационных файлов TOML добавьте следующую секцию, которая состоит из значения по умолчанию плюс asciidoctor
