ADO sadece Address Offset (adres ofseti) anlamına gelir (bazen Offset address olarak da adlandırılır). EtherCAT çerçevesindeki adresin ofsetinden başka bir şey değildir.
Yani ADO=0x0816‘dan okuyorsanız, bu sadece EtherCAT slave cihazının 0x0816 (fiziksel veya mantıksal) adresine eriştiğiniz anlamına gelir.
