打开命令提示符（不需要管理员命令提示符）并运行此命令：
fsutil_disablelastaccess_output.txt
fsutil behavior query disablelastaccess对我来说，这打印
disablelastaccess_output.txt
DisableLastAccess = 3 (Systemverwaltet, aktiviert)表示访问时间戳已激活。
