PubChem 原始数据托管在 NCBI 服务器上，提供使用 rsync 的便捷访问。
使用类似这样的 rsync 命令下载 PubChem 数据
download_pubchem_rsync.sh
rsync -Pav ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov::pubchem/Compound/CURRENT-Full/SDF/\*.gz pubchem/此示例命令将以 SDF 格式下载所有当前化合物。
你可以使用浏览器访问 NCBI FTP 服务器来浏览 PubChem 目录结构。
