最便宜的通用 SMD 二极管有哪些？
通常是 SOD-123 或 SOD-123FL 封装中的 1N4001…1N4007 是最便宜的可用二极管。许多制造商都有生产，所有分销商都有售。
典型额定值：
- 1A 正向电流
- 1000V 反向电压
- @1A 时瞬时正向电压 <=1V
