We tested Oracle Cloud free tier network performance on 2022-01-16 using:
- Ubuntu 20.04
- 3 cores, 23 GB memory => listed network bandwidth of 3 Gbps
- We only tested Frankfurt
AD2. In some less systematic tests usingspeedtest,AD2performed significantly better in our speed tests
